BFSI Industry ‘Job Ready’ Training Program
Program Introduction
A training course which ensures participants are ready to add value to BFSI companies with their updated industry skill-sets. The training covers modules across the industry ‘Technical’ & ‘Soft Skills’ domains. It provides ‘Job Placement’ opportunities through tie-ups with recognized ‘Human Resources’ professionals and institutions. Both practical and theoretical aspects of the entry-level requirements of a job in any BFSI institution are covered.

30 hours of training given across 2-3 months of batch time. The batch timings are customizable according to the requirements of the client.

5 sessions covering different topics

A compulsory module for Mutual Fund Distributors, we provide classroom trainings and test material for the same.
7 sessions including doubt solving sessions

Experts' interaction with Mock Interviews
Live discussion and doubt solving sessions with industry experts from different domains like Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, Sales etc. Also, mock interview sessions to experience job-ready quotient on a live basis
